2. What Is the KornerSpot Love Match Draw?

The KornerSpot Love Match Draw is a monthly prize promotion for Nigerians using the KornerSpot dating platform. Once the promotion is fully activated (see Section 4), each month one matched Nigerian couple on KornerSpot will be selected to win a £10,000 cash prize.

The draw doesn’t stop with the couple. The Nigerian church, community group, or business where those users first scanned a KornerSpot QR code and joined the platform can also receive a community donation:

• If one member of the winning couple joined KornerSpot by scanning that body’s QR code, that body receives a £5,000 donation.

• If both members of the winning couple joined via that same body’s QR code, that body receives a £10,000 donation.

Participating bodies also receive immediate marketing support, regardless of whether anyone has won yet:

• Each participating body gets one free month as a vendor on kornerspot.co.uk.

3. How to Enter — Including a Free Entry Route

This is an important part of the promotion, and we want to be completely upfront about it.

It is not a ticket to enter the draw, and you do not need to pay anything specifically to enter the Love Match Draw. 4. When Does the Love Match Draw Start?

The Love Match Draw is a major commitment, and we want to be honest about when it begins rather than make promises we cannot keep.

The draw will only begin once KornerSpot has at least 10,000 active premium users in the UK. We define an active premium user as someone with an ongoing paid premium subscription who has used the app at least once in the last 30 days.

Until that point:

• No monthly cash draw will run and no prize or donation will be paid under this promotion.

• Participating bodies will still receive their free vendor month and affiliate promotion immediately upon joining, and we will publish regular progress updates so everyone can see how close we are to activation.

Once the threshold is met, we will publicly announce that the Love Match Draw is live and confirm the date of the first monthly draw, which will then run on the last Sunday of each month as described below.

5. How Nigerian Users Qualify for the Draw

To be eligible for a given month’s draw, whether via the premium route or the free entry (referral) route, a couple must meet certain conditions:

1. Be verified as eligible under either Route A (premium match) or Route B (5 verified premium referrals in that calendar month).

2. Be active on the platform during the relevant draw period.

3. Be matched on KornerSpot during that period.

2. It receives a unique QR code linking to a special KornerSpot registration page tied to that organisation, plus flyers or posters for display.

3. The organisation agrees to display the QR code accurately, describe the promotion correctly to its members (including both entry routes and the current activation status), and follow our basic promotional guidelines.

6.2 Immediate Benefit: Free Vendor Month

Once onboarded, the organisation immediately receives one free month as a vendor on kornerspot.co.uk, including a business profile page, product or service listings, and at least one month of affiliate marketing support. This is available regardless of whether the draw has activated.

We want to be transparent about this: at the point of scanning and registering, we tell users clearly that we record which partner organisation introduced them to KornerSpot, and why — so that we can correctly calculate any community donation their organisation may become entitled to. 8. How Winners Are Selected: Monthly WheelofNames Draw
