We’ve built a 4-tier competition to keep things exciting:

1. State/Province Level (Weekly)

• The top listener in every state/province worldwide wins ₦5,000 weekly

• After cash is awarded, everyone’s weekly points reset to 0

• The winner’s points are also added to their monthly total for the Country competition

2. Country Level (Monthly)

• The top listener in each country wins ₦50,000 monthly

• At the end of the month, all points reset to 0 and a new round begins

3. Africa Level (Monthly)

• The top listener across all of Africa wins ₦200,000 monthly

• Points reset at the end of the month

4. World Level (Monthly)

• The top listener worldwide wins ₦500,000 monthly

• Points reset at the end of the month

How the KornerSpot Music Reward System Works

Listening to music on KornerSpot isn’t just fun—it’s rewarding. Here’s how the points, resets, and prizes work step by step:

Step 1: Earn Points by Listening

• For every 1 hour of streaming, you earn 10 points.

• Example: Tunde in Lagos listens for 3 hours = 30 points.

Step 2: Compete Weekly at the State Level

• Each state/province in the world has a weekly leaderboard.

• The top listener in each state wins ₦5,000 every week.

Example:

• In Lagos State, Tunde has 150 points this week.

• Ada has 120 points.

• Tunde wins ₦5,000 for Lagos State.

✅ After the prize is awarded:

• Tunde’s weekly points reset to 0.

• But his 150 points are added to his monthly total for Nigeria’s Country leaderboard.

• Everyone else’s weekly points also reset to 0.

Step 3: Compete Monthly at the Country Level

• At the end of the month, the top listener in each country wins ₦50,000.

Example:

• Tunde’s weekly wins in Lagos gave him 450 points for the month.

• Across Nigeria, no one has more than 400 points.

• Tunde wins ₦50,000 as Nigeria’s top listener.

✅ After the prize is awarded:

• Tunde’s monthly points reset to 0.

• His 450 points are also counted in the Africa leaderboard.

Step 4: Compete Monthly at the Africa Level

• The top listener across Africa wins ₦200,000 every month.

Example:

• Tunde’s Nigeria total = 450 points.

• Mariam in Kenya = 420 points.

• Ahmed in Ghana = 380 points.

• Tunde wins ₦200,000 as Africa’s top listener.

✅ After the prize is awarded:

• All African monthly totals reset to 0.

• Tunde’s 450 points are added to the World leaderboard.

Step 5: Compete Monthly at the World Level

• The top listener in the entire world wins ₦500,000 every month.

Example:

• Tunde’s global total = 450 points.

• Juan in Brazil has 430 points.

• Amina in the UK has 400 points.

• Tunde wins ₦500,000 as the world’s top listener!

✅ After this prize is awarded:

• All points reset worldwide.

• A brand-new month begins.
